Help! I can't save my WeChat article.

There are several reasons why your WeChat post might not save properly.

To prevent you from losing any work you have done already, you can save individual components to ‘my components’. Here is an article that explains how to do this. If you wish to save the whole article, you can save your article as a template by clicking the top right icon next to ‘Done’.

After you have saved your work, you may be able to fix the issue by:

1. Making sure that the text you copied into your WeChat article is not carrying any formula from a previous document
2. Checking if post link shows the full URL. Meaning it cannot just include www. but instead https://www.
3. Refreshing your browser.
