How to Integrate Sinorbis with Microsoft Dynamics 365

This article shows you how to integrate your Sinorbis account with your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account.

You need to complete this task before you can integrate a Sinorbis contact form with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The good news is you only need to complete this integration.

1  Sign in with Microsoft Dynamics 365

1. User should have an active Office 365 account with a valid dynamic license.

2. Go to Dynamics official website. Agentic CRM and ERP Solutions | Microsoft Dynamics 365

   

3. Log in with your Microsoft account’s username and password.

4. Authenticate your user using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

   

5. Then user will redirect to the Dynamics dashboard page.

6. ‘Contacts’ and 'Leads' that supported by the Sinorbis platform are on the left navigation.

7. Copy the Dynamics domain from the URL.( https://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.dynamics.com )

   

2  Connect Sinorbis account with Microsoft Dynamics 365

1. Log into the Sinorbis platform and navigate to the Integrations in Account Summary page.

2. Click on the card named 'Dynamics' under Active Integrations.

3. Enter the above copied domain URL on the opened pop-up. Then click 'give permission'

   

4. The account summary page will get reloaded.

5. User will see the green tick at the right top of the card.

6. Your account is successfully connected with Dynamics.
