This article shows you how to find and read key metrics data on the Keywords page. You also learn how to use filters to narrow the list of keywords to review.
1 Locating keyword data
The top of the Keywords page has 3 boxes of data. They are indicators of keyword performance. Each indicator is explained below.
- Open the Keywords data page and then customise the time period and search engine settings.
- Scroll up to the top of the Keywords page. Three boxes summarize keyword tracking information.
2 Reading keyword data
Each box presents a different data set. To see detailed information, click a box. The list of keywords in that box displays at the bottom of the page.
Tracked Keywords
The number of keywords currently tracked out of 500 (maximum available number).
Moved Up
The number of keywords that have moved up in ranking position for the selected search engine and during the selected time frame.
Moved Down
The number of keywords that have moved down in ranking position for the selected search engine and during the selected time frame.
3 Using keyword filters
Using a filter changes the keyword display results. There are four filters, all located under the three boxes of keyword summary data.
1 Search
Type a word (Chinese script) to find specific keywords.
2 Keyword Group
This filters your keywords by group. You can filter for branded keywords, non-branded keywords, or a custom group campaign that has been previously set up.
3 Rank Change
This filters for keywords that have either moved up or down (or both) in raking position.
4 Rank
This filters for keywords in ranking groups (e.g. only number 1 ranking, ranked 2-5, etc.).
