Locating the WeChat Edit Content Page

This article shows you how to locate the Edit Content page. This page is the starting point for three tasks: 

Note that after an article is published, you cannot edit the article or its content.

 

 

1  Opening the Edit Content page

There are two ways to locate the Edit Content page.

Option 1

This option takes you from the WeChat Content page to the Edit Content page. This path works best if you want to edit existing content or you are ready to send an article to followers.

Go to the top menu and click PUBLISH > WeChat Content > Manage. The WeChat Content page displays.

  1. Hover the mouse pointer on an asset. The toolbar displays.
  2. Click the Edit button. The Edit Content page displays.

Option 2

This path works best if you want to create new content.

  1. Go to the top menu and click PUBLISH > WeChat Content > Create. The WeChat Content page displays.
  2. Click the Create Post button and select Rich Post.
  3. Type a unique name in the prompt box. This is the file name of your rich post or WeChat article.
  4. Click Save. The Edit Content page displays.
