1 Highlighting the text
- Click WEBSITE on the top menu bar.
- On the left side menu, select the CONTENT folder and then click Manage. The Website Content page displays.
- Hover the mouse pointer on a page.
- Click the Edit button. The Edit Content area opens.
- Hover the mouse pointer on a Text or Heading Component.
- In the component, use the mouse pointer to highlight the words you want to convert into an active link. A black menu bar displays.
- Click the Link button in the black menu bar to open the Link Settings panel.
2 Inserting the link
Inside the Link Settings panel:
- Click the Paste or Type a Link field.
- Enter the full URL, including the http:// or https:// prefix.
- To open the link in a new window, check the box.
- Click the Checkmark to close the panel.
- Click Save.
3 Removing a text link
- Highlight all of the words that are part of the active link. The menu bar displays.
- Click the Link button to open the Link Settings panel.
- Click the X in the panel.
- Click Save.
TIP: When removing a link, highlight all the words in the link. If you highlight just one or some of the words, the link will remain active on the words you did not highlight.
