Downloads

This article shows you how to view files downloaded from your website.

1 Downloads

The Downloads report is located under Behaviour in the Reports section.

It reports tracked download activity for files linked from the website.

Reports > Behaviour > Downloads

2 Selecting a date range

Use the Date range at the top of the page to select the period you want to review.

The download data updates based on the selected date range.

3 Reading Download data

Each row represents a tracked file download.

The table displays:

• File URL – the URL of the downloaded file.
• Clicks – the total number of recorded download clicks.
• Unique Clicks – the number of visits in which the file was downloaded at least once.

If no download activity was recorded during the selected period, No data available is displayed.

Download information is available when download tracking is enabled for the website.
