This article shows you how to integrate a Sinorbis contact form with your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account.
Integration means moving data from one platform to another. The data you collect via the Sinorbis contact form is automatically transferred to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account. With a copy of your data on Microsoft Dynamics 365, you can access a variety of lead management and marketing tools.
1 Form mapping flow with Dynamics
Go to the website > Forms section
There will be an "Integrations" button next to each form since the account integration has been set up.
Click on the "Integrations" button will show a popup with a list of CRM system names and logos.
Once select Dynamics, a dropdown load with two entity types that are available in Dynamics. (Leads, Contacts)
Select an entity type and click confirm to start mapping.
A pop-up will open up with fields of the form which click the integration button and fields available for the selected entity type in Dynamics(Ex: Contacts)
Click ‘confirm’ and then ‘ok’ once the mapping is done.
User will see the Dynamics logo next to the form name if the mapping is successful.
2 Add form submissions
Upon the user adding submissions to the mapped form, the Sinorbis application will automatically sync/push form submission data to Dynamics.
